With over a decade of experience in finance and business development, Andrew leverages his extensive bank relationships to develop smart, customized mortgage solutions for his clients, securing the best rates, and empowering them to build equity and maintain cash flow in a challenging economy.


Onboarding
Discovery call with client - we ask questions to get to know client, gain understanding of their goals, current financial position, and future needs.
Request for supporting documents - client gathers documents needed to support mortgage application.
Pre-approval
Build your application - we build your application and make recommendations on solutions and products that fit your needs.
Create a plan and budget - we work with the client to plan and improve their current financial position. We identify areas to strengthen such as credit score and down payment, and we review the household budget.
Approval
(Post-Purchase)
Submit application - once we get client approval, we submit the application to the selected lender.
Receive commitment - once the lender approves the application, we will be provided with a commitment and conditions for review.
Client acceptance- if the client is satisfied with the commitment and terms, the commitment is signed and returned to the lender.
Closing
Lender conditions met - we work to ensure the lender conditions are met prior to closing.
Funding - the bank releases funds to the solicitor and clients can close on the property.

Prior to joining Choice Financial as a Mortgage Agent, Dianne worked as a Small Business Advisor, and understands how intricate the relationship is between owning a business and owning property, specifically when it comes to securing financing. Motivated to support Business-For-Self (BFS) clients in both their business and home ownership goals, Dianne decided to partner with Andrew to guide BFS and traditional income clients in their home financing journey. Organized, responsive, and customer-service forward, Dianne's goal is to make the mortgage process stress-free for all her clients.
